Observation of the effect of humanized nursing management in the rehabilitation care of pediatric pneumonia
人性化护理管理在小儿肺炎康复护理中的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 探究人性化护理管理模式于小儿肺炎康复护理实践中的应用成效。方法 本研究以我院接诊的84例肺炎患儿作为样本，运用随机数字表法将这84例患儿划分为两个组别，其中对照组包含42例患儿，采用常规护理；研究组42例患儿采用人性化护理管理。对两组患儿的护理成效展开对比与剖析。结果 与对照组相比，研究组患儿各项病情恢复相关指标的改善时长均呈现显著性缩短趋势，且患儿家属的护理服务满意度评分显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对肺炎患儿采取人性化护理管理可有力推动患儿病情在较短时间内实现有效恢复，同时显著提升患儿家属对于护理服务的满意程度。

Abstract

Objective Explore the effectiveness of a humanized nursing management model in the practice of pediatric pneumonia rehabilitation care.
Methods This study included 84 children with pneumonia treated at our hospital as the sample. Using a random number table, the 84 children were divided into two groups: the control group, which included 42 children receiving routine care, and the study group, which also included 42 children receiving personalized nursing management. The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the duration of improvement in various recovery-related indicators in the children of the study group was significantly shorter, and the satisfaction scores of the children's families with the nursing services were significantly higher than those of the control group, with the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing humanized nursing care management for children with pneumonia can effectively promote their recovery in a relatively short period, while also significantly improving the satisfaction of their families with the nursing services.
