Research on obstetric refined nursing management strategies and prognostic effects for high-risk pregnant women
高危妊娠孕产妇的产科精细化护理管理策略及预后效果研究

摘要

目的 分析高危妊娠孕产妇的产科精细化护理管理策略及预后效果。方法 收集2024年1月-2024年12月期间，本院收治的40例高危妊娠孕产妇资料，此期间实施常规护理，作为对照组（n=40例）。再收集2025年1月-2025年12月期间的40例同类孕妇资料，此期间实施产科精细化护理管理策略，作为观察组（n=40例）。对比两组孕妇的心理状态、不良妊娠情况、护理满意度。结果 观察组孕妇的焦虑、抑郁评分、不良妊娠事件发生率，均显著低于对照组孕妇，且观察组孕妇的护理满意度明显更高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对高危妊娠孕产妇实施产科精细化护理管理策略，可有效改善孕妇心理状态、降低不良妊娠事件的发生风险，并提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the obstetric refined nursing management strategies and prognostic effects for high-risk pregnant women.
Methods Data of 40 high-risk pregnant women admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were collected, and routine nursing was implemented during this period as the control group (n=40 cases). Further collect data from 40 pregnant women of the same type between January 2025 and December 2025. During this period, implement a refined obstetric nursing management strategy as the observation group (n=40 cases). Compare the psychological status, adverse pregnancy conditions, and nursing satisfaction of two groups of pregnant women.
Results The anxiety, depression scores, and incidence of adverse pregnancy events in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing refined obstetric nursing management strategies for high-risk pregnant women can effectively improve their psychological state, reduce the risk of adverse pregnancy events, and enhance nursing satisfaction.
