Reform and practical exploration of genuine practical innovation talent cultivation model for medical students in the context of new medical science initiative
新医科背景下医学生“真创实创”育人模式改革与实践探索

摘要

国内医学生双创培养环节,普遍存在重表面形式、欠缺实战环节、成果转化乏力、项目难以落地等状况,四川大学华西临床医学院依托转化医学协会开展相关工作,由指导教师统筹安排各项事务,学生骨干主动牵头行动,完成成都康索特健康咨询合伙企业(有限合伙)的注册手续,搭建起融合协会孵化、企业运营、平台保障、成果落地的完整临床转化创新育人架构。这套方案从2022年正式使用,经过4年运行,先后有百余名学生参与进来,慢慢形成分层培育、逐步提升的创新人才队伍。康索特平台可以联动校友企业的各类现有资源,把学生在临床实操、社会服务里发现的现实问题定为研究课题,合作企业会拨付研发资金;依托华西医院各级科研平台推进各项研究任务,校内专业教师提供技术层面的指导;研究得出的成果直接交由合作企业做产业化落地,形成问题梳理、项目攻关、成果产出、产业落地的循环运转模式。“研学吧”小程序能够一站式处理项目公示、团队组建、流程管控等多项事务。目前已经培育出8项原创创新成果,早惠、质谱慧、JNK3高选择性抑制剂等多个项目,都拿下了大学生创新大赛的国家级金奖。实践证明,该模式可以有效化解医学生创新受阻、研究浅显、成果流转不畅的各类问题,顺利完成从纸面创新到实战创新的转变,也能为新医科环境下的医学双创教育,打造出一套可供借鉴的华西实践样板。

Abstract

Innovation and entrepreneurship training for medical students in China is generally hindered by formalistic operations, insufficient practical training, poor achievement transformation and difficult project implementation. Relying on its Translational Medicine Association, West China School of Clinical Medicine, Sichuan University organized faculty supervision and student leadership. Its faculty and student team registered Chengdu Consort Health Consulting Limited Partnership, and established a comprehensive education system integrating association incubation, enterprise operation, platform support and achievement commercialization for clinical translational innovation. Put into practice in 2022, the model has run for four years with over 100 student participants, forming a talent pool via hierarchical training and progressive development. The platform connects alumni enterprises to set research topics based on practical problems identified by students in clinical work and social services, with partner enterprises funding R&D activities. Supported by West China Hospital’s research platforms and professional faculty’s technical guidance, research outcomes are delivered to cooperating enterprises for industrial application, forming a closed-loop working mechanism. The Yanxueba Mini-program enables one-stop management of project release, team formation and process supervision. So far, 8 original innovative achievements have been incubated, and projects including Zaohui, Zhipuhui and highly selective JNK3 inhibitors have won national gold awards in college student innovation competitions. This model effectively addresses the bottlenecks of inadequate innovation, superficial research and sluggish achievement transfer among medical students. It realizes the transformation from theoretical innovation to practical innovation, and provides a replicable West China model for innovation and entrepreneurship education under the framework of New Medical Disciplines.
