Research on the application value of clinical efficacy of modified Chaihu Zaoren Decoction in treating liver stagnation and blood deficiency insomnia
柴胡枣仁汤对失眠（肝郁血虚型）的应用价值研究

摘要

目的 探究柴胡枣仁汤治疗肝郁血虚型失眠的临床疗效及应用价值，为该证型失眠的中医治疗提供参考方案。方法 选取本院2023年11月至2025年11月收治的40例肝郁血虚型失眠患者作为研究对象，分两组，各20例，对照组予口服艾司唑仑片治疗，观察组给予柴胡枣仁汤加减治疗。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果与治疗满意度。结果 观察组的临床总有效率及护理满意度均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 对于肝郁血虚型失眠患者，柴胡枣仁汤加减疗法疗效确切，可有效优化其睡眠质量，缓解肝郁血虚相关证候，且患者满意度高，安全性良好，具有重要的临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and application value of Chaihu Zao Ren Decoction in the Therapy of Insomnia with Liver Stagnation and Blood Deficiency Syndrome, and provide reference schemes for the traditional Chinese Medicine-based intervention for this category of insomnia.
Methods Forty patients with liver stagnation and blood deficiency insomnia admitted to our hospital from November 2023 to November 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral estazolam tablets, while the observation group was treated with modified Chaihu Zaoren decoction. Compare the clinical treatment outcomes and medical satisfaction of two groups of patients.
Results The clinical total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For patients with liver depression and blood deficiency type insomnia, Chaihu Zaoren decoction has a definite therapeutic effect, can effectively optimize their sleep quality, alleviate liver depression and blood deficiency related symptoms, and has high patient satisfaction and good safety, which has important clinical promotion value.
