Study on the effect of diversified health education combined with dialysis pathway specialized nursing on the incidence of complications in hemodialysis patients
多元化健康教育联合透析通路专项护理对血液透析患者并发症发生率的影响研究

摘要

目的 观察多元化健康教育联合透析通路专项护理对血液透析患者血液透析知识知晓率、并发症发生率及透析依从性的影响。方法 选取2024年5月1日-2025年4月30日在本院实施血液透析治疗的120例患者，以随机抽签分组，各60例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施常规护理+多元化健康教育联合透析通路专项护理。对比两组血液透析知识知晓率、并发症发生率及透析依从性。结果 干预后，观察组血液透析知识知晓率、透析依从性均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 多元化健康教育联合透析通路专项护理的应用，可提升血液透析患者知识知晓率及依从性，降低并发症发生率。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of diversified health education combined with specialized nursing care for dialysis pathways on the awareness of hemodialysis knowledge, incidence of complications, and dialysis compliance of hemodialysis patients.
Methods 120 patients who underwent hemodialysis treatment in our hospital from May 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025 were randomly divided into two groups, with 60 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the observation group received routine care combined with diversified health education and specialized care for dialysis pathways. Compare the awareness rate of hemodialysis knowledge, incidence of complications, and dialysis compliance between two groups.
Results After intervention, the awareness rate of hemodialysis knowledge and dialysis compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of diversified health education combined with specialized nursing care for dialysis pathways can improve the knowledge awareness and compliance of hemodialysis patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.
