The application value of humanistic care in clinical treatment and nursing of pediatric emergency febrile convulsions
小儿急诊高热惊厥临床救治护理中人文关怀的应用价值

摘要

目的 探究分析小儿急诊高热惊厥临床救治护理中人文关怀的应用价值。方法 选取2024年6月至2025年8月期间，院内急诊高热惊厥患儿共58例，作为此次研究对象。通过随机数字表法，将58例患儿随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上结合人文关怀。对比两组临床相关指标及满意度。结果 观察组退热时间、惊厥消失时间及住院时间均低于对照组，观察组满意度高于对照组，P＜0.05。结论 结合人文关怀可显著改善患儿临床相关指标，同时对于提升患儿家属满意度具有优良的效果，值得推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the application value of humanistic care in the clinical treatment and nursing of pediatric emergency febrile convulsions.
Methods A total of 58 children with febrile seizures in the emergency department of the hospital from June 2024 to August 2025 were selected as the subjects of this study. 58 pediatric patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received humanistic care in addition to the control group. Compare two sets of clinically relevant indicators and satisfaction.
Results The observation group had lower fever reduction time, seizure disappearance time, and hospitalization time than the control group, and higher satisfaction than the control group, P＜0.05.
Conclusion   Combining humanistic care can significantly improve clinical indicators of pediatric patients, and has excellent effects on enhancing the satisfaction of their families. It is worth promoting and applying.
