Emergency nursing intervention on disease fear and rehabilitation outcomes in patients with portal hypertension and upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to liver cirrhosis
急救护理干预对肝硬化门静脉高压症并上消化道出血患者疾病恐惧和康复效果

摘要

目的 探究急救护理干预对肝硬化门静脉高压症并上消化道出血患者疾病恐惧和康复效果的影响，观察护理价值。方法 实验时间选择在2024年1月至2025年12月开展，将该期间急诊收治肝硬化门静脉高压症并上消化道出血患者80例作为观察样本，依据对照实验要求将所有患者均分成两组（电脑随机分配），分别实施常规急诊护理（对照组）、标准化急诊护理干预（观察组），观察结果差异。结果 观察组患者FOFQ-SF评分、康复效果、并发症发生率均优于对照组P＜0.05。结论 肝硬化门静脉高压症并上消化道出血患者实施标准化急救护理干预有利于提高康复效果，缓解疾病恐惧心理，降低并发症风险，显示积极辅助医疗价值，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the impact of emergency nursing intervention on disease fear and rehabilitation outcomes in patients with liver cirrhosis-related portal hypertension complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding, and to observe its nursing value.
Methods The study was conducted from January 2024 to December 2025, with 80 patients admitted to the emergency department during this period as the observation sample. According to the requirements of the control experiment, all patients were randomly assigned into two groups (computerized random allocation): the control group received routine emergency nursing, while the observation group received standardized emergency nursing intervention. The differences in outcomes were observed.
Results The observation group showed superior scores in the FOFQ-SF, better rehabilitation outcomes, and a lower incidence of complications compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Standardized emergency nursing intervention for patients with liver cirrhosis-related portal hypertension complicated by upper gastrointestinal bleeding is beneficial for improving rehabilitation outcomes, alleviating disease fear, reducing the risk of complications, and demonstrating positive auxiliary medical value, making it worthy of promotion.
