Evaluation of the impact of functional stimulation combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing on postoperative bladder function and quality of life in cervical cancer patients
功能性刺激联合多维康复护理对宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能及生活质量的影响评估

摘要

目的 分析功能性刺激联合多维康复护理对宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能及生活质量的影响。方法 此次研究对象为62例宫颈癌手术治疗患者，抽取自本院2024年1月-2025年1月期间。按照随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组，每组31例。其中常规组给予常规护理，实验组行功能性刺激联合多维康复护理。对两组术后膀胱功能及生活质量予以对比。结果 与常规组比较，实验组术后膀胱功能显优，生活质量显高（P＜0.05）。结论 功能性刺激联合多维康复护理能够有效改善宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能，提高其生活质量，该方法值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of functional stimulation combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing on postoperative bladder function and quality of life in cervical cancer patients.
Methods The study subjects were 62 patients who underwent surgical treatment for cervical cancer, selected from our hospital from January 2024 to January 2025. According to the random number table method, they were divided into a conventional group and an experimental group, with 31 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine care, while the experimental group received functional stimulation combined with multidimensional rehabilitation care. Compare the postoperative bladder function and quality of life between two groups.
Results Compared with the conventional group, the experimental group showed significantly better bladder function and higher quality of life after surgery (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Functional stimulation combined with multidimensional rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve postoperative bladder function and enhance the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. This method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
