Study on the impact of time care on the quality of care and postoperative recovery of patients with uterine fibroids
时间护理对子宫肌瘤患者护理质量及术后恢复情况的影响研究

摘要

目的 分析在子宫肌瘤患者的临床护理方案中应用时间护理的医学价值。方法 将2025年1月-2025年12月内就诊的子宫肌瘤患者80例为研究对象，以区组随机法分对照组40例常规护理，观察组40例实施时间护理，对比健康教育评分、护理后的预后进程。结果 护理前，两组患者指标对比差异不具有统计学意义（P﹥0.05），而护理后，观察组患者健康教育掌握评分高于对照组，观察组的患者康复进程优于对照组，差异对比有统计学意义，（P<0.05）。结论 在子宫肌瘤患者的临床护理方案中应用时间护理可以提高患者健康思维，积极配合护理，且可以加速预后转归，让患者受益。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of applying time care in the clinical nursing plan of patients with uterine fibroids.
Methods 80 patients with uterine fibroids who were treated between January 2025 and December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group of 40 patients receiving routine nursing and an observation group of 40 patients receiving time nursing. The health education scores and prognosis after nursing were compared.
Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in the indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05). However, after nursing, the health education mastery score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the rehabilitation process of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant, (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of time-based care in the clinical nursing plan for patients with uterine fibroids can improve their health thinking, actively cooperate with nursing, and accelerate prognosis, benefiting patients.
