Application of comprehensive surgical treatment methods for nasal cosmetic and plastic surgery
鼻部美容整形综合手术治疗方法的应用

摘要

目的 探究鼻部美容整形综合手术在矫正多类型鼻部形态缺陷、优化面部美学协调性中的临床效能。方法 选取2023年1月至2025年1月于本院接受鼻部美容整形综合手术的100例求美者为研究对象，基于术前三维美学评估，个体化配伍假体隆鼻、自体软骨鼻尖成形、鼻翼缩小及鼻小柱延长等术式。术中规范操作，术后标准化护理。结果 100例随访6-18个月，92%对塑形效果满意，8%出现轻度并发症并痊愈。术后鼻背高度、鼻尖突出度及鼻翼宽度等指标与术前相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 基于术前三维美学评估，个体化配伍假体隆鼻、自体软骨鼻尖成形、鼻翼缩小及鼻小柱延长等术式。术中规范操作，术后标准化护理。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of comprehensive nasal cosmetic surgery in correcting various types of nasal morphological defects and optimizing facial aesthetic coordination.
Methods 100 patients who underwent comprehensive nasal cosmetic surgery at our hospital from January 2023 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. Based on preoperative three-dimensional aesthetic evaluation, individualized combination of prosthesis rhinoplasty, autologous cartilage nasal tip shaping, nasal wing reduction, and nasal columella elongation were performed. Standardize intraoperative procedures and postoperative care.
Results Among 100 cases followed up for 6-18 months, 92% were satisfied with the shaping effect, and 8% experienced mild complications and recovered. There were significant differences (P<0.05) in postoperative indicators such as nasal back height, nasal tip protrusion, and nasal wing width compared to preoperative levels.
Conclusion   Based on preoperative three-dimensional aesthetic evaluation, individualized combination of prosthesis rhinoplasty, autologous cartilage nasal tip shaping, nasal wing reduction, and nasal columella elongation are performed. Standardize intraoperative procedures and postoperative care.
