Observation on the clinical application effect of oral implant restoration in the treatment of dentition defect
口腔种植修复在治疗牙列缺损中的临床应用效果观察

摘要

目的 分析口腔种植修复在治疗牙列缺损中的临床应用效果。方法 研究病例为牙列缺损患者，收治时间在2024年1月至2025年5月期间，共50例。基于随机数字表法将所有病例分为两组，每组25例。对照组采用常规的义齿修复治疗，观察组采用口腔种植修复治疗。评估并对比两组患者的咀嚼功能、牙周指标、口腔健康影响程度量表（OHIP-14）评分情况。结果 治疗前两组之间比较咀嚼功能、牙周指标、OHIP-14评分均未显示出统计学差异（P＞0.05），而治疗后的这些指标在两组间的对比均显示出了统计学差异（P＜0.05），其中观察组治疗后的咀嚼效率更高，咬合力更大，菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数以及OHIP-14评分均更低。结论 在牙列缺损患者的治疗中，相比于常规的义齿修复治疗，采用口腔种植修复治疗对于患者咀嚼功能的恢复效果更显著，并且能够改善牙周组织健康，提高口腔健康水平，临床效果更为理想。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of oral implant restoration in the treatment of dentition defect.
Methods The study cases were patients with dentition defect. They were admitted from January 2024 to May 2025, totaling 50 cases. All cases were divided into two groups based on the random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional denture restoration treatment, while the observation group received oral implant restoration treatment. The masticatory function, periodontal indicators, Oral Health Impact Scale (OHIP-14) scores and complications of the two groups of patients were evaluated and compared.
Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in masticatory function, periodontal indicators, and OHIP-14 score between the two groups (P > 0.05). However, after treatment, the comparisons of these indicators between the two groups showed statistically significant differences (P < 0.05). Among them, the masticatory efficiency and bite force of the observation group were higher and greater after treatment The plaque index, gingival index, sulcus bleeding index and OHIP-14 score were all lower.
Conclusion   In the treatment of patients with dentition defect, compared with conventional denture restoration treatment, oral implant restoration treatment has a more significant effect on the recovery of patients' masticatory function, can improve the health of periodontal tissues, enhance the level of oral health, and the clinical effect is more ideal.
