目的 探索老年高血压合并认知障碍采取本文创新治疗方法产生的效果。方法 研究时间为2024年1月至2025年10月。研究对象为老年高血压合并认知障碍。研究方法为随机数表方式。分组内容为：对照组30例，采取厄贝沙坦治疗；观察组30例，在对照组基础上增加银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗。分析治疗情况。结果 总有效率；MMSE评分、MoCA评分；收缩压、舒张压方面，观察组均更有优势，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 本文采取的创新治疗方法效果更佳，值得实施。
Objective To explore the effect of the innovative treatment method proposed in this paper on elderly patients with hypertension complicated with cognitive impairment. Methods The study period was from January 2024 to October 2025. The study subjects were elderly patients with hypertension and cognitive impairment. The randomization method used was a random number table. The grouping was as follows: the control group (30 cases) received irbesartan treatment; the observation group (30 cases) received Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsules in addition to the treatment given to the control group. The treatment outcomes were analyzed. Results Total effective rate MMSE score, MoCA score; In terms of systolic and diastolic blood pressure, the observation group had more advantages (P<0.05), and the differences were significant and statistically significant. Conclusion The innovative treatment method adopted in this article has better effects and is worth implementing.
