Observation on the effect of valsartan gel combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of primary hypertension in middle-aged and elderly patients in community general practice
社区全科门诊应用缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗中老年原发性高血压的效果观察

摘要

目的 分析中老年原发性高血压在社区全科门诊中采取缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗产生的效果。 方法 时间为2024年1月至2025年12月。研究对象为62例原发性高血压。将研究对象进行分组，分组方式为随机分组，分组内容为对照组，31例，非药物治疗加缬沙坦胶囊药物治疗；观察组，31例，在非药物治疗加缬沙坦胶囊治疗基础上增加苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果 （1）治疗总有效率上，观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。（2）在血压、心率方面，观察组治疗后低于对照组（P<0.05）。（3）生活质量方面，观察组治疗后高于对照组（P<0.05）。（4）不良反应发生率，两组无明显差异（p＞0.05）。结论 社区全科门诊应用缬沙坦联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗中老年原发性高血压效果较佳，值得推广实施。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the therapeutic efficacy of valsartan combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of primary hypertension in middle-aged and elderly patients in community general practice clinics.
Methods The study was conducted from January 2024 to December 2025. A total of 62 patients with primary hypertension were enrolled. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (n=31) received non-pharmacological treatment plus valsartan capsules, and the observation group (n=31) received non-pharmacological treatment plus valsartan capsules plus amlodipine besylate. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.
Results (1) The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). (2) Blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). (3) Quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). (4) The incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of valsartan and amlodipine besylate is effective in treating primary hypertension in middle-aged and elderly patients in community general practice clinics and is worthy of promotion and implementation.
