The effect of personalized nursing based on the overall nursing concept in the care of elderly patients with osteoporosis
基于整体护理理念的个性化护理在骨质疏松症老年患者护理中的效果

摘要

目的 分析在老年骨质疏松症患者中开展基于整体护理理念的个性化护理的临床应用效果。方法 此次研究对象选取在我院接受治疗的骨质疏松症老年患者80例，分组采取随机数字表法，共划分为观察组和对照组，每组各有40例。对照组接受常规护理，观察组开展基于整体护理理念的个性化护理，对比分析两组取得的护理效果。结果 护理后，观察组患者的遵医行为与对照组相比显著提升，患者的疼痛程度明显轻于对照组，患者骨密度改善效果均优于对照组，生活质量与对照组相比显著提高，（P＜0.05）。结论 对骨质疏松症老年患者护理中开展基于整体护理理念的个性化护理干预，可进一步提高临床护理质量以及患者的遵医行为，从而能够有效改善患者的骨质疏松症状，减轻患者的病痛折磨，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of personalized nursing based on the overall nursing concept in the care of elderly patients with osteoporosis.
Methods This study selected 80 elderly patients with osteoporosis who received treatment in our hospital as the research objects. Grouping was conducted using the random number table method, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, and the observation group received personalized nursing based on the overall nursing concept. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results After nursing, the compliance behavior of patients in the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group, the pain degree of patients was significantly less than that of the control group, the improvement effect of bone density in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life of patients was significantly improved compared with that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Conducting personalized nursing based on the overall nursing concept in the care of elderly patients with osteoporosis can further improve the clinical nursing quality and patients' compliance behavior, thereby effectively improving the symptoms of osteoporosis in patients, reducing their pain and suffering, and improving their quality of life.
