摘要

目的 分析阶段性教育护理模式对耳鼻喉手术患者围手术期生理、心理指标及护理满意度的影响。方法 选取我院2023年6月至2025年6月期间耳鼻喉科患者127例作为研究对象。依据入院顺序,将患者分为对照组与观察组。对照组接受常规围手术期护理,观察组在此基础上实施阶段性教育护理模式。结果 观察组在的SAS、VAS、PSQI评分及并发症发生率均显著低于对照组,平均住院时间更短(P<0.05)。结论 在耳鼻喉手术患者中应用阶段性教育护理模式,能够有效缓解患者的焦虑情绪与术后疼痛,改善其睡眠质量,降低术后并发症风险,缩短住院时间。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of phased educational nursing model on perioperative physiological and psychological indicators and nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing otolaryngology surgery.
Methods A total of 127 patients from the otolaryngology department of our hospital between June 2023 and June 2025 were selected as the study subjects. Based on admission order, patients were divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group received conventional perioperative nursing, while the observation group implemented the phased educational nursing model on this basis.
Results The observation group showed significantly lower SAS, VAS, and PSQI scores as well as a lower incidence of complications compared to the control group, with a shorter average hospital stay (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of the phased educational nursing model in patients undergoing otolaryngology surgery can effectively alleviate anxiety and postoperative pain, improve sleep quality, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and shorten hospital stays.
