Analysis of the application value of complete mesocolic excision in the surgical treatment of elderly colon cancer
完整结肠系膜切除术在老年结肠癌手术治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 就完整结肠系膜切除术在老年结肠癌手术治疗中的应用价值进行探析。方法 纳入本院2022年6月-2023年6月收治的76例老年结肠癌患者为探究对象，按照随机分配原则划分为对照组与探究组各38例。对照组实施LHC治疗，探究组实施CME+CVL治疗。对比两组患者临床相关指标、术后并发症率及术后2年内肿瘤复发率。结果 探究组患者手术临床相关指标水平评分优于对照组（P＜0.05），而且探究组患者术后并发症率及术后2年内肿瘤复发率均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 完整结肠系膜切除术在老年结肠癌手术治疗中效果显著，手术方式更为为安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of complete mesocolic excision in the surgical treatment of elderly colon cancer.
Methods A total of 76 elderly colon cancer patients admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were enrolled as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, with 38 cases in each group. The control group received LHC treatment, while the experimental group received CME+CVL treatment. The clinical-related indicators, postoperative complication rates, and tumor recurrence rates within 2 years after surgery were compared between the two groups.
Results The experimental group showed superior clinical-related indicator scores compared to the control group (P<0.05), and both the postoperative complication rate and tumor recurrence rate within 2 years after surgery were lower in the experimental group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Complete mesocolic excision demonstrates significant efficacy in the surgical treatment of elderly colon cancer, offering a safer and more reliable surgical approach, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
