The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine pediatric massage in the treatment of anorexia in children
中医小儿推拿法治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果

摘要

目的 探讨小儿厌食症采取中医小儿推拿法治疗的临床效果。方法 研究对象为我院2025年1月-2025年6月收治的100例小儿厌食症患者，随机分为观察组（中医小儿推拿法治疗）和对照组（醒脾养儿颗粒治疗），各50例。比较两组症状积分及不良反应。结果 观察组食量减少、食欲不振、脘腹胀满、神疲等症状积分为（1.13±0.20）分、（1.28±0.21）分、（1.85±0.26）分、（1.78±0.25）分，均低于对照组的（2.27±0.40）分、（2.30±0.46）分、（2.77±0.31）分、（2.79±0.33）分，差异显著（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应较对照组低（P<0.05）。结论 中医小儿推拿法治疗小儿厌食症的临床效果显著，可改善患儿的临床症状，减轻不良反应，建议推广与使用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treating anorexia in children with traditional Chinese medicine pediatric massage.
Methods The research subjects were 100 children with anorexia admitted to our hospital from January 2025 to June 2025. They were randomly divided into an observation group (treated with traditional Chinese pediatric massage) and a control group (treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules), with 50 cases in each group. Compare the symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups.
Results The symptom scores of reduced food intake, loss of appetite, distension and fullness in the epigastrium and abdomen, and fatigue in the observation group were (1.13±0.20) points, (1.28±0.21) points, (1.85±0.26) points, and (1.78±0.25) points respectively. All were lower than those of the control group, which were (2.27±0.40) points, (2.30±0.46) points, (2.77±0.31) points, and (2.79±0.33) points, with significant differences (P<0.05). The adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine pediatric massage in the treatment of anorexia in children is remarkable. It can improve the clinical symptoms of children and reduce adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
