Development and effectiveness evaluation of a palliative care program for cancer pain based on evidence-based nursing
基于循证护理的癌症疼痛安宁疗护方案构建与效果评价

摘要

目的 探究基于循证护理的癌症疼痛安宁疗护方案构建与效果。方法 本研究以我院收治的160例晚期癌症患者作为样本纳入研究范畴，运用随机数字表法将其划分为两个组别，其中对照组80例患者采用常规护理；研究组80例患者则采用基于循证护理的癌症疼痛安宁疗护方案。对两组患者的护理成效展开对比与剖析。结果 相较于对照组，研究组患者的疼痛评分和家属的不良情绪评分均显著降低，而研究组患者的生活质量评分显著升高，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。而两组患者的生存期不存在统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论 对晚期癌症患者实施基于循证护理的癌症疼痛安宁疗护方案能够有效减轻患者的疼痛感受，提高患者的生活质量，舒缓家属的不良情绪。

Abstract

Objective Exploring the development and effectiveness of a cancer pain palliative care program based on evidence-based nursing.
Methods This study included 160 patients with advanced cancer treated at our hospital as the sample. They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group, consisting of 80 patients, received routine care, while the study group, also consisting of 80 patients, received a cancer pain palliative care program based on evidence-based nursing. The nursing outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the study group had significantly lower pain scores and lower scores of negative emotions in their family members, while the quality of life scores of the patients in the study group were significantly higher, with the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). However, there was no statistically significant difference in survival time between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing an evidence-based palliative care program for cancer pain in patients with advanced cancer can effectively relieve their pain, improve their quality of life, and ease the negative emotions of their family members.
