Clinical study on the treatment of spleen deficiency diarrhea in children with tuina combined with thunder fire moxibustion
小儿推拿联合雷火灸治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨小儿推拿联合雷火灸治疗小儿脾虚泄泻的临床疗效。方法 选取2024年5月至2025年5月我院中医科及儿科门诊收治的60例脾虚泄泻患儿，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组给予蒙脱石散联合双歧杆菌三联活菌片常规治疗，观察组采用小儿推拿联合雷火灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效及症状缓解时间。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组；观察组大便次数恢复正常时间、粪便性状改善时间、腹痛腹胀消失时间、食欲恢复时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 小儿推拿联合雷火灸治疗小儿脾虚泄泻疗效确切，可快速缓解临床症状，具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pediatric tuina combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of pediatric spleen deficiency diarrhea.
Methods Sixty children with spleen deficiency and diarrhea admitted to our pediatric department from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table. The control group received routine treatment with montmorillonite powder combined with bifidobacteria triple active bacterial tablets, while the observation group received treatment with pediatric massage combined with thunder fire moxibustion. Compare the clinical efficacy and symptom relief time between two groups.
Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; The observation group had a shorter recovery time for stool frequency, improvement time for stool characteristics, disappearance time for abdominal pain and bloating, and appetite recovery time compared to the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of pediatric tuina and thunder fire moxibustion has a definite therapeutic effect on children with spleen deficiency and diarrhea, and can quickly relieve clinical symptoms, with high promotion value.
