Evaluation of the effect of modified Guizhi Jia Houpo Xingzi Decoction combined with Zhisou San in the treatment of post-infectious cough in children
桂枝加厚朴杏子汤合止嗽散加减治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的效果评价

摘要

目的 桂枝加厚朴杏子汤合止嗽散加减治疗小儿感染后咳嗽的效果评价。方法 选取2024年12月至2025年12月期间于我院接受药物治疗的60例小儿感染后咳嗽患者作为研究对象，采用随机抽签法分组方法，将患者分别分配至对照组与实验组，n=30，分别提供盐酸氨溴索口服液治疗、在对照组基础上给予桂枝加厚朴杏子汤合止嗽散加减治疗，对比分析疗效。结果 治疗前，没有显著差异，治疗后，实验组日间和夜间咳嗽评分、中医证候积分和血清炎症因子水平均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 针对小儿感染后咳嗽疾病提供桂枝加厚朴杏子汤合止嗽散加减治疗，可以缓解疾病症状，缓解中医证候，在此基础上还能够降低机体炎症水平，在临床上属于安全且有效的药物治疗方案。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the effect of modified Guizhi Jia Houpo Xingzi Decoction combined with Zhisou San in the treatment of post-infectious cough in children.
Methods Sixty children with post-infectious cough who received drug treatment in our hospital from December 2024 to December 2025 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group by lottery, with n = 30 in each group. The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride oral solution, while the experimental group was treated with modified Guizhi Jia Houpo Xingzi Decoction combined with Zhisou San on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects were compared and analyzed.
Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference. After treatment, the daytime and nighttime cough scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the serum inflammatory factor levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05.
Conclusion   The treatment of post-infectious cough in children with modified Guizhi Jia Houpo Xingzi Decoction combined with Zhisou San can alleviate the symptoms of the disease, relieve TCM syndromes, and reduce the inflammatory level of the body. It is a safe and effective drug treatment plan in clinical practice.
