摘要

本个案探讨营养治疗结合个案护理在右舌恶性肿瘤合并左颊白斑患者围术期的应用效果，以提高康复效果和生活质量，促进快速出院。方法是根据患者情况制定个性化护理方案与护理措施，重点在术后营养摄入管理。结果是患者术后营养改善，无相关并发症，术后第七天出院。结论表明该方法可改善营养、加速康复、提高治疗与生活质量。

Abstract

This case study explored the application effect of nutritional therapy combined with case nursing in the perioperative period of patients with right tongue malignant tumor complicated with left cheek leukoplakia, aiming to improve the rehabilitation effect and quality of life, and promote early discharge. The methods involved developing individualized plans and nursing interventions based on the patient's condition, with a focus on postoperative nutrition intake management. The results showed that the patient's postoperative nutritional status improved, no related complications occurred, and the patient was discharged on the seventh day after surgery. The conclusion indicated that this method can improve nutrition, accelerate recovery, and improve treatment and quality of life.
