Cross-cultural communication of Fujian agricultural intangible cultural heritage: status, dilemmas, and strategies from the perspective of civilizational mutual learning
文明交流互鉴视角下福建农业非物质文化遗产跨文化传播的现状、困境与策略研究

摘要

在新时代背景下，文明交流互鉴与福建农业非物质文化遗产（闽农非遗）互促共荣。本研究立足文明互鉴视角，运用5W传播框架分析闽农非遗跨文化发展的现状与瓶颈。研究发现，闽农非遗虽在政策规范与文旅融合等方面取得进展，但仍面临传播主体断层、翻译受阻及渠道短缺等挑战。为此，本文提出多主体协同、内涵挖掘与符号转译、数字化渠道融合、受众精准细分及多维评估体系等策略，旨在推动闽农非遗实现跨文化“破圈”传播，提升中华文明的国际影响力，为农业非物质文化遗产的全球化发展贡献“福建方案”。

Abstract

In the contemporary era, mutual learning among civilizations and Fujian Agricultural Intangible Cultural Heritage (FAICH) foster a symbiotic relationship of mutual prosperity. From the perspective of inter-civilizational exchange, this study employs the 5W communication framework to analyze the current status and bottlenecks of FAICH’s cross-cultural development. Findings reveal that while progress has been made in policy standardization and the integration of culture and tourism, FAICH still faces challenges such as a generational gap among practitioners, linguistic barriers, and a scarcity of communication channels. Consequently, this paper proposes strategies including multi-agent synergy, connotation mining and symbolic translation, digital channel integration, precise audience segmentation, and multi-dimensional evaluation systems, so as to facilitate the cross-boundary dissemination of FAICH. These efforts aim to promote the international influence of Chinese civilization and provide a “Fujian Solution” for the global advancement of agricultural intangible cultural heritage.
