Clinical application of auricular point application to promote sleep in gynecological patients before and after laparoscopy
耳穴贴敷促进睡眠在妇科患者腹腔镜术前、术后的临床应用

摘要

目的 分析在妇科患者腹腔镜术前及术后应用耳穴贴敷对于改善睡眠质量的实际价值；方法 选取2025年10月至12月这一时期在我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的60例妇科患者，以研究对象匹配性原则分组，各30例。对照组为常规围术期护理，观察组联合耳穴贴敷，比较两组不同阶段的焦虑状况及睡眠质量等指标；结果 干预前两组在焦虑状况及睡眠质量评分上基本一致（P＞0.05）；术前6h及术后1d观察组的评分均显优（P<0.05）。观察组患者的整体护理满意度更高（P<0.05）；结论 在妇科患者腹腔镜术前及术后应用耳穴贴敷进行干预，能够缓解患者的焦虑情绪，改善睡眠质量，应用价值良好。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the practical value of auricular point application in improving sleep quality before and after laparoscopic surgery in gynecological patients.
Methods 60 cases of gynecological patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from October to December, 2025 were selected and divided into two groups according to the principle of matching subjects, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine perioperative care, while the observation group was given auricular point application. The anxiety and sleep quality of the two groups at different stages were compared.
Results Before the intervention, the anxiety and sleep quality scores of the two groups were basically the same (P > 0.05). The scores of the observation group were significantly better 6 hours before operation and 1 day after operation (P<0.05). The overall nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The application of auricular point sticking before and after laparoscopic surgery in gynecological patients can relieve patients' anxiety and improve their sleep quality, which has good application value.
