护理人文关怀教育是提升护理服务质量、培养德才兼备护理人才的关键环节。本文通过检索CNKI、PubMed等数据库,系统综述了临床护理教学中人文关怀能力培养的现状与创新发展路径。护理人文关怀教育源于20世纪70年代Watson等学者的理论奠基,现已发展成为护理教育的核心价值。尽管我国在政策支持和课程建设方面取得显著进展,但当前教育实践仍面临诸多挑战。研究表明,传统教学“重技轻文”、教学模式单一、教学资源受限。最核心的是评价体系不完善,难以真实反映护生的关怀能力水平。针对上述问题,护理人文关怀教育的未来首先需进行理念重塑,重视人文关怀理念的教育。其次要推动模式重构,丰富教学方法,积极开展社区实践教学,并提升教师的人文教学能力。另外要优化评价体系,引入多元评价方法和多主体参与。最后,积极探索人工智能技术在教学中的应用,对实现个性化、精准化的人文教育也有着重要意义。
Nursing humanistic care education is a crucial component for improving nursing service quality and cultivating competent nursing professionals with both moral integrity and professional ability. This article systematically reviews the current status of humanistic care competency training in clinical nursing education and explore its innovative development pathways by searching CNKI、PubMed databases. Nursing humanistic care education originated from the theoretical foundations established by scholars such as Watson in the 1970s and has now evolved into a core value in nursing education. Despite significant progress in policy support and curriculum development in China, current educational practices still face numerous challenges. Studies show that traditional teaching tends to “prioritize technical skills over humanistic values”, features a single teaching model, and is constrained by limited teaching resources. The most critical issue is the inadequate evaluation system, which limits the accurate assessment of the true level of students' caring competence. In response to these issues, the future of humanistic care education in nursing should first involve a conceptual reshaping, emphasizing the education of humanistic care principles. Secondly, it is essential to promote the reconstruction of teaching models, enrich pedagogical methods, actively develop community-based practical teaching programs, and enhance teachers’ capacity for humanistic instruction. Furthermore, optimizing the evaluation system by introducing diversified assessment methods is crucial. Lastly, actively exploring the application of artificial intelligence technology in teaching holds significant importance for achieving personalized and precise humanistic education.
