摘要

皮肤病患者常因疾病带来的外观改变和治疗过程中的不适产生心理负担，影响治疗依从性。本文探讨了心理支持在皮肤病护理中的重要性及其对患者依从性的影响。分析了心理支持的多维度策略，包括情感支持、信息支持和行为支持，以及如何通过这些策略提升患者的治疗依从性。同时，强调了护理人员在心理支持中的关键作用，提出了护理人员应具备的心理支持能力与培训需求。心理支持可有效缓解患者焦虑抑郁情绪，构建和谐护患关系，为提升皮肤病护理质量、促进患者身心协同康复提供理论依据和实践指导，对优化皮肤病临床护理路径、改善患者长期预后具有重要现实意义。

Abstract

Patients with skin diseases often experience psychological burden due to the changes in appearance and discomfort during treatment, which affects their treatment adherence. This paper explores the importance of psychological support in dermatology care and its impact on patient adherence. It analyzes multi-dimensional strategies for psychological support, including emotional support, informational support, and behavioral support, and how these strategies can enhance patient treatment adherence. Simultaneously, it emphasizes the critical role of nursing staff in psychological support and proposes the necessary psychological support competencies and training requirements for nursing staff. Psychological support can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression in patients, foster a harmonious nurse-patient relationship, and provide theoretical foundations and practical guidance for improving the quality of dermatology care and promoting the holistic rehabilitation of patients. It holds significant practical importance for optimizing clinical dermatology care pathways and improving the long-term prognosis of patients.
