A study on refined perioperative nursing for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia after TURP
前列腺增生TURP术后患者的精细化围术期护理研究

摘要

目的 分析精细化围术期护理在前列腺增生经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）术后患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2025年1月-6月本院收治的120例前列腺增生TURP术后患者为研究对象，根据临床护理方案的不同分为常规护理组（60例）与精细化护理组（60例）。分析两组患者的临床资料，对比不同护理方案下患者的术后恢复情况。结果 精细化护理组术后并发症发生率显著低于常规护理组，术后首次下床时间、住院周期短于常规护理组，患者护理满意度高于常规护理组（P＜0.05）。结论 对前列腺增生TURP术后患者实施精细化围术期护理，可有效优化治疗结局，减少并发症发生，加速康复进程，具备临床推广价值。

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of refined perioperative nursing in patients undergoing transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Methods A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) who underwent transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) and were admitted to our hospital between January and June 2025 were selected as the study subjects. According to the differences in clinical nursing protocols, they were divided into a conventional nursing group (60 cases) and a refined nursing group (60 cases). The clinical data of the two groups were analyzed to compare the postoperative recovery outcomes under the different nursing protocols.
Results The refined nursing group demonstrated significantly lower postoperative complication rates, shorter first postoperative ambulation time, and shorter hospital stays compared to the standard group. Additionally, patients in the refined group reported higher nursing satisfaction (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing refined perioperative nursing for TURP patients with BPH can effectively optimize treatment outcomes, reduce complications, accelerate recovery, and holds clinical value for widespread application.
