目的 探究基于移动护理终端的呼吸内科患者健康教育路径构建与效果评价。方法 本研究以我院接收的呼吸内科患者100例作为样本纳入研究范畴,运用随机数字表法将其划分为两个组别,对照组50例患者采用常规健康教育;研究组50例患者采用基于移动护理终端的健康教育路径。对两组患者的护理效果展开对比分析。结果 与对照组相比,研究组患者的疾病知识掌握程度评分和生活质量各维度评分均呈现出显著的优势,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在呼吸内科患者护理过程中,运用基于移动护理终端的健康教育路径可有效提升患者对于疾病相关知识的认知水平,进而改善其生活质量。
Objective To explore the construction and effectiveness evaluation of a health education pathway for respiratory medicine patients based on mobile nursing terminals. Methods This study included 100 cases of respiratory department patients admitted to our hospital as the study sample. They were divided into two groups using a random number table method. The control group, with 50 patients, received routine health education, while the study group, also with 50 patients, received a health education program based on a mobile nursing terminal. The nursing outcomes of the two groups were then compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the patients in the study group showed significant advantages in both the scores for disease knowledge mastery and the scores for all dimensions of quality of life, with the differences being statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of nursing care for respiratory patients, using a health education pathway based on mobile nursing terminals can effectively enhance patients' understanding of disease-related knowledge, thereby improving their quality of life.
