模拟案例教学在ICU护理教学中的价值研究

摘要

目的 探讨模拟案例教学在ICU护理教学的应用效果,为教学质量提升与人才培养提供实践依据。方法 选取本院2024年1月-2024年12月期间接收的60名ICU护理实习生作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用传统教学模式,包括理论授课、床旁带教、技能示范等常规教学方法,观察组在对照组基础上引入模拟案例教学,通过构建ICU临床典型病例场景、模拟急救流程、角色扮演等方式开展教学。比较两组实习生的理论知识考核成绩、操作技能评分、应急处理能力评分。结果 观察组实习生理论知识考核成绩、操作技能评分、应急处理能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 模拟案例教学可提升ICU护理实习生综合能力与教学满意度,值得教学应用与推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of simulated case teaching in ICU nursing education, and provide practical evidence for improving teaching quality and cultivating nursing talents.
Methods A total of 60 ICU nursing interns who received training in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method, with 30 interns in each group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, including theoretical lectures, bedside teaching, skill demonstration and other conventional teaching methods. On the basis of the control group, the observation group introduced simulated case teaching, which was implemented by constructing typical clinical case scenarios in ICU, simulating emergency rescue processes and conducting role-playing. The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment, operational skills and emergency response capability were compared between the two groups.
Results The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment, operational skills and emergency response capability of the interns in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Simulated case teaching can effectively improve ICU nursing interns’ mastery of theoretical knowledge, practical operational skills and emergency response capability, enhance teaching satisfaction, and has important value for teaching application and popularization.
