Analysis of the application effect of operating room detail nursing in laparoscopic treatment of uterine fibroids
手术室细节护理在腹腔镜术治疗子宫肌瘤中的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨手术室细节护理在单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者中的应用价值，为临床护理质量提升提供实践依据。方法 选取2023年6月-2024年12月在本院接受单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的100例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，对照组采用常规手术室护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施细节护理，涵盖术前个性化评估与宣教、术中精准配合与安全保障、术后精细化复苏与延续性护理。比较两护理满意度及并发症发生率。结果 观察组护理满意度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组，（P<0.05）结论 手术室细节护理可有效优化单孔腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的手术指标，降低并发症风险，改善心理状态，提升护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of detailed nursing in the operating room for patients undergoing single-port laparoscopic myomectomy, and to provide practical basis for improving the quality of clinical nursing.
Methods One hundred patients who underwent single-port laparoscopic myomectomy in our hospital from June 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into two groups by the random number table method. The control group received conventional operating room care, while the observation group received detailed care on the basis of the control group. It covers preoperative personalized assessment and education, precise intraoperative cooperation and safety guarantee, as well as meticulous postoperative resuscitation and continuous care. Compare the satisfaction of the two types of nursing and the incidence of complications.
Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Detailed nursing in the operating room can effectively optimize the surgical indicators of patients undergoing single-port laparoscopic myomectomy, reduce the risk of complications, improve their psychological state, and enhance nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
