Analysis of the application value of Levine's conservation model in the nursing of acute cerebral infarction patients
莱文守恒模式在急性脑梗死患者护理中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的 分析莱文守恒模式在急性脑梗死患者护理中的应用价值。方法 从2024年6月至2025年6月期间医院接收的急性脑梗死患者中随机选择88例作为研究对象，按照随机原则将其分为参考组（n=44）和试验组（n=44），分别采取常规护理、莱文守恒模式护理，对比认知功能与神经功能、日常生活能力、护理依从性三项指标。结果 试验组认知功能评分高于参考组，神经功能评分低于参考组，即认知功能与神经功能均优于参考组（P＜0.05）；试验组日常生活能力、护理总依从性均高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 在急性脑梗死患者护理中应用莱文守恒模式，有助于促进其认知功能与神经功能恢复，同时提高依从性和日常生活能力，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of Levine's conservation model in the nursing care of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods A total of 88 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from June 2024 to June 2025 were randomly selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a reference group (n=44) and an experimental group (n=44). The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received nursing care based on Levine's conservation model. The cognitive function, neurological function, daily living ability, and nursing compliance were compared between two groups.
Results The cognitive function score in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group, while the neurological function score was lower, indicating superior performance in both cognitive and neurological functions compared to the reference group (P<0.05); Additionally, the experimental group demonstrated superior daily living ability and overall nursing compliance compared to the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of Levine's conservation model in the nursing care of patients with acute cerebral infarction facilitates the recovery of cognitive and neurological functions while improving compliance and daily living ability, making it worthy of promotion and application.
