Construction of sarcopenia screening and perioperative standardized nursing pathway for elderly surgical patients in hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery
胆胰脾外科老年手术患者肌少症筛查及围手术期规范化护理路径的构建

摘要

目的 构建胆胰脾外科老年手术患者肌少症筛查及围手术期规范化护理路径，探讨其应用价值。方法 选取我院2023年1-12月胆胰脾外科86例老年手术患者，随机分为对照组与观察组各43例，对照组行常规围手术期护理，观察组实施基于肌少症筛查的规范化护理路径，对比两组实施效果。结果 观察组肌少症检出率、术后恢复指标用时、并发症发生率均低于对照组，（P<0.05）。结论 该护理路径可提升肌少症检出率，促进术后康复，降低并发症风险，值得临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To construct a sarcopenia screening and perioperative standardized nursing pathway for elderly surgical patients in the department of hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery, and to explore its application value.
Methods A total of 86 elderly surgical patients in the department of hepatobiliary, pancreatic and splenic surgery of our hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative nursing, while the observation group implemented a standardized nursing pathway based on sarcopenia screening. The implementation effects of the two groups were compared.
Results The detection rate of sarcopenia, the time taken for postoperative recovery indicators, and the incidence of complications in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   This nursing pathway can improve the detection rate of sarcopenia, promote postoperative rehabilitation and reduce the risk of complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
