Clinical study on prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting by acupoint application of Zhiou powder
止呕散穴位贴敷防治化疗所致恶心呕吐的临床研究

摘要

目的 观察止呕散穴位贴敷联合西药对阳虚质恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心呕吐（CINV）的防治效果及中医证候改善作用。方法 选取60例阳虚质恶性肿瘤化疗患者，采用自身交叉对照设计分为AB、BA组（各30例），B阶段予西药常规止吐，A阶段加用止呕散穴位贴敷，两周期间隔1周洗脱期。比较两组恶心呕吐分级、中医证候积分及不良反应。结果 治疗组恶心总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组呕吐总有效率比较无统计学差异，治疗后治疗组中医证候积分低于对照组（P<0.05），且仅3例出现贴敷部位轻微瘙痒。结论 止呕散穴位贴敷联合西药可有效改善阳虚质患者化疗所致恶心及阳虚证候，且安全性良好。

Abstract

Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effect of acupoint application of Zhiou Powder combined with western medicine on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) and the improvement of TCM syndromes in patients with malignant tumors of yang-deficiency constitution.
Methods A total of 60 patients with malignant tumors of yang-deficiency constitution undergoing chemotherapy were selected and divided into group AB and group BA (30 cases in each group) using a self-cross-over control design. In phase B, routine antiemetic western medicine was given; in phase A, acupoint application of Zhiou Powder was added. There was a 1-week washout period between the two phases. The grading of nausea and vomiting, TCM syndrome scores, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.
Results The total effective rate of nausea in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05); there was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of vomiting between the two groups. After treatment, the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and only 3 cases had mild pruritus at the application site.
Conclusion   Acupoint application of Zhiou Powder combined with western medicine can effectively improve chemotherapy-induced nausea and yang-deficiency syndromes in patients with yang-deficiency constitution, with good safety.
