Observation of the clinical efficacy of labetalol combined with nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension patients
拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠期高血压患者的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 分析拉贝洛尔与硝苯地平联合用药方案在妊娠期高血压患者治疗中的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选取我院2023年7月至2025年7月期间收治的妊娠期高血压患者共160例为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者接受拉贝洛尔片单药治疗，观察组则在此基础上联合应用硝苯地平片。结果 治疗后，观察组患者的SBP、DBP、24小时尿蛋白定量及总体不良妊娠结局率水平显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的各项血液流变学指标改善程度明显大于对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 拉贝洛尔联合硝苯地平能更有效地控制妊娠期高血压患者的血压，展现出良好的临床应用价值与安全性。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of the combination therapy of labetalol and nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension patients.
Methods A total of 160 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2025 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group. The control group received monotherapy with labetalol tablets, while the observation group received a combination of nifedipine tablets on this basis.
Results After treatment, the levels of SBP, DBP, 24-hour urinary protein quantification, and overall adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The improvement of various hemorheological indicators in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of labetalol and nifedipine can effectively control blood pressure in patients with gestational hypertension, demonstrating good clinical application value and safety.
