Effects of different anesthesia methods on blood glucose and blood pressure in diabetes patients undergoing surgery
不同麻醉方式对手术治疗的糖尿病患者的效果及血糖、血压的影响

摘要

目的 分析不同麻醉方式对手术治疗的糖尿病患者的效果及对血糖、血压的影响。方法 选取2024年1月-2024年12月期间，在本院接受手术治疗的60例糖尿病患者为研究对象，并采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组（n=30例，全身麻醉）与观察组（n=30例，椎管内麻醉）。对比两组患者在不同时间点的血压、血糖、心率水平。结果 观察组患者在手术开始后30min、手术结束时的血压水平、空腹血糖以及心率水平，均明显低于对照组患者，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对手术治疗的糖尿病患者采取椎管内麻醉方案，有助于维持患者术中血压、血糖以及心率水平稳定，减轻患者应激反应，取得了较好的临床效果。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effects of different anesthesia methods on blood glucose and blood pressure in diabetes patients undergoing surgery.
Methods 60 patients with diabetes who received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into the control group (n=30 cases, general anesthesia) and the observation group (n=30 cases, intraspinal anesthesia). Compare the blood pressure, blood glucose, and heart rate levels of two groups of patients at different time points.
Results The blood pressure levels, fasting blood glucose, and heart rate levels of the observation group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group patients at 30 minutes after the start and end of surgery, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Intraspinal anesthesia program for surgical treatment of diabetes patients helps to maintain the stability of blood pressure, blood sugar and heart rate during the operation, reduce the stress reaction of patients, and has achieved good clinical results.
