乳腺超声检查结合健康管理模式在乳腺疾病筛查及诊治中的研究

摘要

目的 探讨乳腺超声检查结合健康管理模式在乳腺疾病筛查及诊治中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月在本院健康管理中心进行乳腺疾病筛查的200例女性作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组单纯采用常规乳腺超声检查，观察组采用乳腺超声检查结合健康管理模式，对比两组的乳腺疾病检出率、疾病确诊时间及随访依从性。结果 观察组乳腺疾病检出率显著高于对照组，疾病确诊时间显著短于对照组，（P＜0.05）；观察组体检者随访依从性显著优于对照组，（P＜0.05）。结论 乳腺超声检查结合健康管理模式可显著提高体检人群乳腺疾病检出率、缩短确诊时间，提升体检者健康指导依从性，适合在各级医疗机构健康管理中心及体检机构推广。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of breast ultrasound examination combined with health management model in the screening, diagnosis and treatment of breast diseases.
Methods A total of 200 women who underwent breast disease screening in the health management center of our hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional breast ultrasound examination alone, while the observation group was treated with breast ultrasound examination combined with the health management model. The detection rate of breast diseases, the time of disease diagnosis and the compliance of follow-up were compared between the two groups.
Results The detection rate of breast diseases in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the diagnosis time of the disease was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The follow-up compliance of the physical examinees in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Breast ultrasound examination combined with the health management model can significantly increase the detection rate of breast diseases among the physical examination population, shorten the diagnosis time, and improve the compliance of physical examination subjects with health guidance. It is suitable for promotion in health management centers of medical institutions at all levels and physical examination institutions.
