Research on the impact of early systematic rehabilitation nursing on neurological function recovery in patients with ischemic stroke
早期系统化康复护理对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响研究

摘要

目的 研究早期系统化康复护理对缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复的影响。方法 于2024年1月—2025年6月期间，在医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者中随机选择80例纳入研究范围，按照双色球法划分为参考组和实验组，每组40例。参考组接受常规护理，实验组接受早期系统化康复护理，对比神经功能恢复程度、自我效能感、护理满意度。结果 实验组患者神经功能恢复程度高于参考组（P＜0.05）；实验组患者自我效能感高于参考组（P＜0.05）；实验组患者护理总满意度高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 早期系统化康复护理可以显著提高缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能恢复效果，同时提高其自我效能感和护理满意评价。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of early systematic rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke.
Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were randomly selected as research subjects. They were divided into a reference group and an experimental group by the two-color ball method, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group was given early systematic rehabilitation nursing. The degree of neurological function recovery, self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.
Results The degree of neurological function recovery of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05); the self-efficacy of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05); the total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Early systematic rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve the recovery effect of neurological function in patients with ischemic stroke, as well as enhance their self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction.
