握力作为简易、经济且易操作的肌肉功能评估指标，可直观反映机体肌肉量、营养储备与生理机能，近年在围手术期患者预后评估中应用愈发广泛。本文围绕握力与围手术期患者营养状态、术后并发症、住院结局及长期预后的关联展开综述，梳理其临床应用价值与研究现状，剖析当前应用局限并展望未来方向，为围手术期精准管理、优化患者预后提供参考。
Grip strength, as a simple, cost-effective, and easily implementable indicator for assessing muscle function, can intuitively reflect muscle mass, nutritional reserves, and physiological function. In recent years, it has been increasingly widely used in the prognostic evaluation of perioperative patients. This article reviews the association between grip strength and the nutritional status, postoperative complications, hospital outcomes, and long-term prognosis of perioperative patients. It summarizes the clinical application value and research status, analyzes current limitations, and explores future directions, providing a reference for precision management in the perioperative period and optimizing patient outcomes.
