Clinical efficacy of Guipi decoction in treating elderly patients with depression of heart-spleendeficiency type
归脾汤治疗心脾两虚型老年抑郁症患者的临床疗效

摘要

目的 探究归脾汤对心脾两虚型老年抑郁症患者的临床治疗效果。方法 本研究选择纳入2022年至2024年期间我院接收的心脾两虚型老年抑郁症患者90例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分配至对照组（45例，采用常规西医治疗）与研究组（45例，采用归脾汤治疗）。对两组患者的治疗效果展开对比分析。结果 相较于对照组，研究组患者的中医证候积分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均显著降低，而生活质量评分则更高，组间差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针对心脾两虚型老年抑郁症患者采用归脾汤展开治疗干预，可有效减轻患者的各类症状，缓解其抑郁情绪，同时提升其睡眠质量和生活质量。

Abstract

Objective Investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Guipi Decoction on elderly patients with depression characterized by deficiency of both the heart and spleen.
Methods This study selected 90 elderly patients with heart and spleen deficiency type depression admitted to our hospital from 2022 to 2024 as research subjects. They were randomly assigned using a random number table to a control group (45 cases, receiving conventional Western medical treatment) and a study group (45 cases, receiving Guipi Decoction treatment). The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, patients in the study group had significantly lower scores in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome points, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, while their quality of life scores were higher, with all intergroup differences being statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Using Guipi Decoction to treat elderly patients with depression characterized by both heart and spleen deficiency can effectively alleviate various symptoms, ease their depressive mood, and improve their sleep quality and overall quality of life.
