To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase on patients with early cerebral infarction
分析阿替普酶静脉溶栓对早期脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果

摘要

目的 分析治疗早期脑梗死患者使用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的效果。方法 抽取2024年8月-2025年8月收治的超急性脑梗死患者141例，以随机信封法分组，对照组患者为常规治疗（非溶栓治疗）；观察组患者在此基础上增用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗，对比两组治疗有效率、卒中量表评分、生活质量量表评分。结果 （1）观察组治疗总有效率为96.77%，高于对照组的86.67%（P＜0.05）；（2）两组PV、FIB、CRP均较治疗前下降，组间对比，观察组3个指标值均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。（3）两组NIHSS评分均较前下降，且观察组下降幅度大于对照组（P＜0.001）。结论 阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗早期脑梗死时可显著提升临床疗效，改善受损的神经功能及相关指标水平，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in the treatment of patients with early cerebral infarction.
Methods A total of 141 patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction admitted from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected and randomly grouped by the envelope method. Patients in the control group received conventional treatment (non-thrombolytic therapy); Patients in the observation group were treated with intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase on this basis. The effective rate of treatment, stroke scale score and quality of life scale score of the two groups were compared.
Results (1) The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.77%, which was higher than 86.67% in the control group (P < 0.05); (2) The PV, FIB and CRP in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment. In the comparison between the groups, the values of the three indicators in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). (3) The NIHSS scores of both groups decreased compared with before, and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group (P < 0.001).
Conclusion   Intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in the treatment of early cerebral infarction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, enhance the impaired neurological function and related index levels, and is worthy of promotion.
