Analysis of the efficacy of ceftriaxone sodium combined with benzylpenicillin in treating latent syphilis
头孢曲松钠联合苄星青霉素治疗潜伏梅毒的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探究头孢曲松钠与苄星青霉素联合用药方案在治疗潜伏梅毒方面的临床疗效。方法 本研究选择2022年6月至2024年10月期间纳入我院的200例潜伏梅毒患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分配至对照组（100例，采用苄星青霉素治疗）与研究组（100例，采用头孢曲松钠与苄星青霉素联合治疗）。对比两组的治疗效果。结果 两组患者治疗3个月的血清Trust转阴率与不良反应发生率对比无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。而研究组患者治疗9个月后和12个月后的血清Trust转阴率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对潜伏梅毒患者实施头孢曲松钠与苄星青霉素联合用药方案，可缩短Trust滴度下降时间。

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the combined use of ceftriaxone sodium and benzathine penicillin in the treatment of latent syphilis.
Methods This study selected 200 patients with latent syphilis admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to October 2024 as research subjects. They were randomly assigned using a random number table to the control group (100 cases, treated with benzathine penicillin) and the study group (100 cases, treated with a combination of ceftriaxone sodium and benzathine penicillin). The treatment effects of the two groups were then compared.
Results There was no statistically significant difference in the serum Trust seroconversion rate and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients after 3 months of treatment (P>0.05). However, after 9 months and 12 months of treatment, the serum Trust seroconversion rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a combined treatment regimen of ceftriaxone sodium and benzathine penicillin for patients with latent syphilis can shorten the time for Trust titers to decrease.
