Targeted strategy care in the perioperative period for patients with traumatic brain injury
目标策略的针对性护理在脑外伤患者围手术期的价值

摘要

目的 揭示对脑外伤围手术期患者目标策略的针对性护理处置的临床价值。方法 2023年10月-2025年8月，将114例脑外伤围手术期患者随机分两组，各57例，参照组行常规护理，研究组行目标策略的针对性护理，比照两组的护理服务质量满意度，以及临床护理不良事件发生率。结果 研究组的护理服务质量满意度高于参照组（P＜0.05）。研究组的临床护理不良事件发生率低于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对脑外伤围手术期患者目标策略的针对性护理处置，价值充分，能改良患者的疾病治疗康复结局，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To reveal the clinical value of targeted nursing interventions for perioperative patients with traumatic brain injury.
Methods From October 2023 to August 2025,114 patients with traumatic brain injury during the perioperative period were randomly divided into two groups, with 57 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study group received targeted nursing care based on their target strategies. The satisfaction with nursing service quality and the incidence of adverse clinical nursing events were compared between the two groups.
Results The satisfaction level of nursing service quality in the research group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05). The incidence of clinical nursing adverse events in the research group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Targeted nursing interventions for perioperative patients with traumatic brain injury have sufficient value and can improve their disease treatment and rehabilitation outcomes, which is worth promoting.
