个案管理模式对行131I治疗的DTC患者心理痛苦及自我护理管理能力的影响

摘要

目的 分析在131I治疗DTC患者的临床护理方案中应用个案管理模式的医学价值。方法 将2025年5月-2025年10月拟行131I治疗的DTC患者76例随机分38例对照组实施常规护理，38例观察组实施个案管理模式，对比心理痛苦评分、自护能力评分和希望水平评分。结果 实施前，指标对比无统计学意义（P﹥0.05）。而实施后，观察组心理痛苦温度计评分更低、ESCA自护能力评分更高，HHI希望水平评分更高，对比有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论 在131I治疗的DTC患者的临床护理方案中应用个案管理模式可缓解患者心理痛苦，提升自护能力，促进患者希望水平提高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the medical value of applying case management mode in the clinical nursing plan of DTC patients treated with 131I.
Methods 76 DTC patients treated with 131I from May 2025 to October 2025 were randomly divided into a control group (n=38) receiving routine nursing care and an observation group (n=38) receiving individual case management. Compare the psychological distress score, self-care ability score, and hope level score.
Results Before implementation, there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of indicators (P>0.05). After implementation, the observation group had lower psychological pain thermometer scores, higher ESCA self-care ability scores, and higher HHI level scores, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of case management mode in the clinical nursing plan of DTC patients treated with 131I can alleviate patients’ psychological pain, improve self-care ability, and promote the improvement of patients’ hope level.
