The effect of self-regulation mode combined with continuous nursing on patients with uremia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis and its impact on PTH and β2-MG levels
自我调节模式联合持续性护理在行维持性血液透析尿毒症患者中的效果及对PTH、β2-MG水平的影响

摘要

目的 在行维持性血液透析尿毒症患者中采用自我调节模式联合持续性护理，观察对护理效果、PTH、β2-MG水平的影响。方法 研究：筛选在我院接受维持性血液透析尿毒症治疗的80例患者；研究时间段：2024年9月至2025年8月期间，依据抽签法将患者分为随机两组，对照组包含患者39例，观察组有患者41例，对照组行常规护理，观察组接受自我调节模式联合持续性护理，评估其对护理效果、PTH与β2-MG水平的影响，并对数据结果进行对比分析。结果 观察组的护理有效率大于对照组，观察组患者PTH与β2-MG均较对照组小，差异均有对比价值（P＜0.05）。结论 自我调节模式与持续性护理联合用于行维持性血液透析尿毒症患者中，护理有效率较常规护理高，同时可降低PTH和β2-MG水平，整体护理应用效果较好，有予以推广的价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of self-regulation mode combined with continuous nursing on the nursing effect, PTH and β2-MG levels in patients with uremia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
Methods A total of 80 patients with uremia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected for the study. The study period was from September 2024 to August 2025. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by lottery: the control group with 39 patients and the observation group with 41 patients. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received self-regulation mode combined with continuous nursing. The effects on nursing outcomes, PTH, and β2-MG levels were evaluated and compared.
Results The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of PTH and β2-MG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of self-regulation mode and continuous nursing in patients with uremia undergoing maintenance hemodialysis has a higher nursing effectiveness rate and can reduce PTH and β2-MG levels. The overall application effect of nursing is good and has the value of promotion.
