互联网+协同护理服务模式在老年居家慢性伤口护理中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析互联网+协同护理服务模式在老年居家慢性伤口护理中的应用效果。方法 以我院2023年2月-2024年2月收治的慢性伤口老年患者56例为观察对象，随机抽取28例为观察组，实施互联网+协同护理干预模式，其余患者为对照组，接受常规护理。对比不同护理干预前后的慢性伤口相关知识、自护能力评分变化，记录护理模式对并发症的影响。结果 护理前，两组慢性伤口相关知识、自护能力相比（P>0.05）；护理后，观察组伤口相关知识、自护能力分优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。两组并发症率比较差异显著（P<0.05）。结论 对老年居家慢性伤口护理患者而言，将互联网与协同护理模式相结合，有利于提升其居家护理能力，且生活水平明显提高，确保了居家护理安全性，建议临床推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of the Internet + collaborative nursing service model in the care of chronic wounds at home for the elderly.
Methods Fifty-six elderly patients with chronic wounds admitted to our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the observation objects. 28 cases were randomly selected as the observation group and the Internet + collaborative nursing intervention model was implemented. The remaining patients were the control group and received routine care. Compare the changes in chronic wound-related knowledge and self-care ability scores before and after different nursing interventions, and record the influence of nursing models on complications.
Results Before the nursing care, the comparison of knowledge related to chronic wounds and self-care ability between the two groups (P>0.05); After the nursing care, the scores of wound-related knowledge and self-care ability in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). There was a significant difference in the complication rate between the two groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   For elderly patients with chronic wound care at home, the combination of the Internet and the collaborative care model is conducive to improving their home care ability, significantly enhancing their living standards, and ensuring the safety of home care. It is recommended for clinical promotion.
