Observation of the therapeutic effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot compress and application on postoperative analgesia and gastrointestinal function in general gastrointestinal surgery
中药热奄+贴敷对普外胃肠术后镇痛与胃肠功能的疗效观察

摘要

目的 分析中药热奄+贴敷对普外胃肠术后镇痛与胃肠功能的作用。方法 收集2023年1月-2023年12月期间的50例直肠癌术后患者资料，作为对照组（n=50例，常规护理）。再收集2024年1月-2024年12月期间的50例同类患者资料，此期间在常规护理基础上实施中药热奄+贴敷护理，作为观察组（n=50例）。对比两组护理效果。结果 观察组的术后恢复情况、生活质量，均明显优于对照组；且疼痛程度与并发症发生率明显更低，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对普外胃肠术后患者实施中药热奄+贴敷护理，可有效缓解术后疼痛、促进胃肠功能恢复、降低并发症风险，并提升生活质量。

Abstract

Objective Analysis of the Effects of Herbal Heat Application and Patch Therapy on Postoperative Analgesia and Gastrointestinal Function in General Gastrointestinal Surgery.
Methods Data from 50 rectal cancer patients who underwent surgery and received routine care in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were collected as the control group (n=50). Additionally, data from 50 patients of the same type who received herbal heat application and patch therapy in addition to routine care from January 2024 to December 2024 were collected as the observation group (n=50). Compare the nursing outcomes between the two groups.
Results The postoperative recovery and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Additionally, the pain levels and incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower, with all differences being statistically significant (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing herbal heat application and patch therapy for patients after general gastrointestinal surgery can effectively alleviate postoperative pain, promote gastrointestinal function recovery, reduce complication risks, and improve patients' quality of life.
