Study on the effect of integrated nursing strategy combined with Orem autonomous care model in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of colorectal cancer patients
整合性护理策略融合Orem自主护理模型在促进结直肠癌患者术后康复中的效果研究

摘要

目的 研究整合性护理策略融合Orem自主护理模型在促进结直肠癌患者术后康复中的效果。方法 选取2024年8月-2025年8月本院80例结直肠癌患者，以随机数字表法分组，各40例。对照组实施常规护理，在此基础上研究组采取整合性护理策略融合Orem自主护理模型。对比护理效果。结果 研究组围术期指标优于对照组，术后生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 给予结直肠癌患者整合性护理策略融合Orem自主护理干预，可加快术后康复进程，促进生活质量提升。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of integrated nursing strategies combined with Orem's autonomous care model in promoting postoperative rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer.
Methods Eighty patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital from August 2024 to August 2025 were selected and grouped by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine care. On this basis, the research group adopted an integrated care strategy and integrated the Orem autonomous care model. Compare the nursing effects.
Results The perioperative indicators of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the postoperative quality of life score was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion   The integrated nursing strategy combined with Orem's autonomous nursing intervention for patients with colorectal cancer can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process and promote the improvement of quality of life.
