Analysis of the role of 4R Crisis Theory-oriented nursing in elderly emergency infusion patients
4R危机理论为导向的护理在老年急诊输液患者中的作用分析

摘要

目的 分析在老年急诊输液患者中采取4R危机理论为导向护理的作用。方法 随机选取我院接收的老年急诊输液患者100例开展分组研究，经过随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组各有50例。输液治疗期间给予对照组患者常规护理，观察组采取4R危机理论为导向的护理，将两组护理效果进行对比分析。结果 观察组护理质量与患者的输液依从性同对照组比较均得到显著提高，输液不良事件以及药物不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组，最终获得的护理满意度显著高于对照组,（P<0.05）。结论 在老年急诊输液患者中开展4R危机理论为导向护理，可进一步提升临床护理服务质量，增强患者的输液依从性，从而减轻护理工作难度,减少输液不良事件以及用药不良反应发生。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the role of 4R crisis theory-oriented nursing in elderly emergency infusion patients.
Methods A total of 100 elderly patients receiving emergency infusion in our hospital were randomly selected for a group study. They were divided into an observation group and a control group by the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. During the infusion treatment, patients in the control group were given routine care, while those in the observation group were provided with care guided by the 4R crisis theory. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.
Results Compared with the control group, the quality of nursing and the infusion compliance of patients in the observation group were significantly improved. The incidences of adverse infusion events and adverse drug reactions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the final nursing satisfaction obtained was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing 4R crisis theory-oriented nursing in elderly emergency infusion patients can further improve the quality of clinical nursing services, enhance patients' infusion compliance, thereby reducing the difficulty of nursing work and decreasing the occurrence of infusion adverse events and adverse drug reactions.
