摘要

目的 分析导学互动教学模式结合案例问题式教学法对消化内科护理专业实习生临床带教效果的影响。方法 选择2022年1月-2023年1月消化内科护理专业实习生30名,作为研究对象,均采取常规教学法,设定为对照组。选择2024年1月-2025年1月消化内科护理专业实习生30名,作为研究对象,均采取导学互动教学模式结合案例问题式教学法,设定为观察组。对比两组教学效果。结果 (1)教学成绩方面,观察组理论考试成绩、实践技能考试成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05)为差异显著,有统计学意义。(2)教学效果方面,观察组教学效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)为差异显著,有统计学意义。(3)教学满意度方面,观察组教学满意度评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)为差异显著,有统计学意义。结论 导学互动教学模式结合案例问题式教学法对消化内科护理专业实习生临床带教效果较佳,值得推广采纳。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the impact of the guided learning interactive teaching model combined with the case-based problem-based teaching method on the clinical teaching effect of nursing interns in the Department of Gastroenterology.
Methods Thirty interns majoring in gastroenterology nursing from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects. All of them adopted the conventional teaching method and were set as the control group. Thirty interns majoring in gastroenterology nursing from January 2024 to January 2025 were selected as the research subjects. All of them adopted the guided learning interactive teaching mode combined with the case-based problem-based teaching method and were set as the observation group. Compare the teaching effects of the two groups.
Results (1) In terms of teaching performance, the theoretical examination scores and practical skills examination scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), which was considered a significant difference and statistically significant. (2) In terms of teaching effect, the teaching effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05), which was a significant difference and statistically significant. (3) In terms of teaching satisfaction, the teaching satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), which was a significant difference and statistically significant.
Conclusion   The guided learning interactive teaching model combined with the case-based problem-based teaching method has a better clinical teaching effect on interns majoring in gastroenterology nursing and is worthy of promotion and adoption.
