Effect of herbal fumigation and soaking nursing intervention on lower limb circulation and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetic foot
中药熏洗护理干预对老年糖尿病足患者下肢血液循环及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 分析中药熏洗护理干预对老年糖尿病足患者下肢血液循环及生活质量的影响。方法 研究时间开始于2024年9月，结束于2025年9月。收集110例老年糖尿病患者，均分为对照组（n=55，糖尿病足常规护理）和观察组（n=55，在常规护理基础上增加中药熏洗护理）。比较两组患者干预前后下肢血液循环指标、糖尿病足溃疡愈合指标、生活质量评分以及护理期间并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者经过护理干预后下肢血液循环指标和生活质量评分明显较高（P＜0.05）；观察组患者溃疡面缩小率较高，愈合时间较短（P＜0.05）；观察组患者并发症发生率较低（P＜0.05）。结论 中药熏洗护理干预能够有效改善老年糖尿病患者下肢血液循环，促进患者溃疡面愈合，降低并发症发生风险，有助于提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of herbal fumigation and soaking nursing intervention on lower limb circulation and quality of life in elderly patients with diabetic foot.
Methods The study was conducted from September 2024 to September 2025. A total of 110 elderly diabetic patients were enrolled and divided into a control group (n=55, receiving routine care for diabetic foot) and an observation group (n=55, receiving routine care plus herbal fumigation and soaking nursing). The lower limb circulation indicators, diabetic foot ulcer healing indicators, quality of life scores, and complication incidence during the nursing period were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.
Results The observation group showed significantly higher lower limb circulation indicators and quality of life scores after nursing intervention (P<0.05); a higher ulcer reduction rate and shorter healing time (P<0.05); and a lower complication incidence (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Herbal fumigation and soaking nursing intervention can effectively improve lower limb circulation in elderly diabetic patients, promote ulcer healing, reduce the risk of complications, and enhance patients' quality of life.
