总结1例气管重建术后胸部正中劈开伤口愈合不良患者的综合护理策略及其对促进伤口愈合和改善患者康复效果的作用。针对术后患者的伤口渗出、愈合延迟和感染风险，实施严格无菌操作、个性化伤口管理、疼痛控制、营养支持及心理护理，并采用创面封闭式负压引流术辅助治疗。通过个性化护理措施结合创面封闭式负压引流技术有效促进了伤口愈合，减轻了患者的疼痛，改善了心理状态，术后42天顺利出院。出院后定期随访半年，患者恢复良好。
Summarize the comprehensive nursing strategies for a patient with poor healing of the median sternotomy wound after tracheal reconstruction surgery and their effects on promoting wound healing and improving patient recovery outcomes. In response to postoperative wound exudation, delayed healing, and infection risk, strict aseptic techniques, individualized wound management, pain control, nutritional support, and psychological care were implemented. In addition, vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) therapy was used as an adjunctive treatment. The combination of personalized nursing interventions and VAC technology effectively promoted wound healing, reduced patient pain, and improved psychological well-being. The patient was successfully discharged after 42 days post-surgery. Regular follow-ups over six months post-discharge showed good recovery.
